The fridge door on my Neff K4463xogb/01 won’t stay shut.
Engineers repair comments.
On inspection of the Neff fridge freezer i found that the top fridge door hinge had worn and was stopping the fridge door from closing correctly, The door wouldn’t stay shut, you would shut it then within 2 minutes the door would pop open again. The customer kept blaming the her children saying the hadn’t shut the door properly. I replaced all three hinges on the Neff fridge door as the come in a kit of three including spacer washers, The Neff fridge door hinge kit 268699 is fairly difficult to fit as the fridge freezer has to be removed from it’s housing, Then the fridge door has to be removed . We try to mainly fit genuine Neff spares and Neff spare parts when we repairing products.
