How can i fix the inner glass panel to my oven door

You need to remove the oven door from the cooker, the oven door can then be separated by removing screws either or both along  the bottom of the door and those that  hold the door handle, remove the old sealant (which may look like a rubber gasket) and clean both the oven door and the glass, Apply and even bead of the High performance heat resitant 300 deg sealant , Apply even pressure to the glass and place a weight on the glass until the sealant cures ( normally about 3-4 hours) , re-assemble the door back together and refit back onto the oven
