Hotpoint Dishwasher Not Cleaning

Engineers repair comments.

On inspection of the customers Hotpoint bfi620 dishwasher i first had to determine which if any Hotpoint dishwasher spares or spare parts were required, i ran the dishwasher on a quick wash to check the filling cycle, wash cycle, heat cycle and the drain cycle. All of these function pasted this test. During the wash / heat cycle i opened the door to see if the spray arms were rotating, to do this test you need to rotate both spary arms so they are facing you then shut the dishwasher door, run the machine for 1 minute then open the door again and if the spray arms have moved then the are turning but if they are still in the same postion then there is a problem. In my test the top dishwasher arm didn’t turn so that was the Hotpoint dishwasher spare part that i needed to replace, i uncliped the top spray arm and replaced it with a new Hotpoint spare part.
