My Hotpoint dishwasher is not starting. It’s possibly the door lock?

Engineers repair comments.

On inspection of the customers Hotpoint FDW60 dishwasher i found that the Hotpoint dishwasher door lock was  not locking into the dishwasher door catch, i removed the front of the door and then removed the control fascia panel to gain access to the door lock, as i inspected the Hotpoint dishwasher door lock i found that the spring part within the lock had broken. I changed the Hotpoint dishwasher door lock C00195887, function tested the dishwasher, all working fine again.
